CLI Reference

Complete reference of all bolt-cli commands available in panel v1.6.0. Selected commands have detailed guides - see Mail, Network, Security and User Management.

bolt-cli <command> is equivalent to bolt-shell bolt:<command>. Every command accepts --silent (suppress output) and --help.

Administration & maintenance

bolt-cli admin-sso-generate

Login to an account via token and URL

Internal commands

These commands are used by the installer and upgrade pipeline. Running them manually on a production system may break the installation.

Setup Cron Job Commands

bolt-cli setup-cron-jobs

Installs or updates the root crontab entries idempotently, so the command is safe to re-run. A panel upgrade reconciles any missing entry automatically.

Several tasks run from the Laravel scheduler rather than from their own crontab line, so they need no entry of their own:

Frequency	Command	Purpose
Every 5 minutes	reconcile-cron-jobs	Adopt cron jobs restored outside the panel. Runs only where hosting accounts exist.
Every 5 minutes	ols-htaccess-fallback	Move OpenLiteSpeed sites off per-request .htaccess handling when they use a directive it does not cover. Runs only while OpenLiteSpeed is active in module mode.
Hourly	revalidate-license	Refresh the cached license validity.
Daily at 04:40	prune-login-history	Delete login history older than the configured retention.
