Security Scan ​

Security Scan reports the result of the server's own security check: whether the last scan found anything, and when it ran.

Overview ​

URL: /admin/settings/security-scan

The page is reached by its address; it is not listed in the sidebar. There is no navigation path to it, and the day-to-day view of what is wrong with a server is Health, which collects findings from every check and offers the next action for each.

What the page shows ​

  • Security status - whether the last scan passed, with a colour-coded indicator.
  • Status message - a short description of the result.
  • Last Scanned - when the scan last ran.

Scan Again starts a new scan on demand.

The scan also runs on a schedule. The job that starts it is listed on Cron Jobs, where you can see how often it runs and when it runs next.
