Overview

The Autoresponders section in AdminBolt allows users to configure automatic email replies. This is especially useful for handling incoming emails when you're unavailable, on vacation, or for use with a generic support address.

Purpose

  • Send automated responses from selected email accounts.
  • Let clients or contacts know that you're temporarily unavailable.
  • Provide standard replies (e.g., support acknowledgment, receipt confirmation).

Interface Description

Autoresponder Setup Panel

  • Mappings: Selects the domain or email scope (e.g., All Domains).
  • Create Autoresponder: Launches the autoresponder creation form, allowing users to:
    • Choose the sender address
    • Set subject and message body
    • Define a time interval (optional)
    • Specify start and end dates (optional)
  • A blue "Documentation" button opens a guide to configuring autoresponders effectively.

Current Autoresponders

  • A dynamic table that lists all existing autoresponders.
  • In the current view:

    "No Email Autoresponders"

This means no autoresponders have been configured for the selected domain(s).

Notes

  • Autoresponders are essential for businesses and professional communication.
  • The system may prevent duplicate autoresponders for the same address.
  • Always test the behavior by sending a test email to the configured address.
