Autoresponders – AdminBolt Hosting Panel

Overview
The Autoresponders section in AdminBolt allows users to configure automatic email replies. This is especially useful for handling incoming emails when you're unavailable, on vacation, or for use with a generic support address.
Purpose
- Send automated responses from selected email accounts.
- Let clients or contacts know that you're temporarily unavailable.
- Provide standard replies (e.g., support acknowledgment, receipt confirmation).
Interface Description
Autoresponder Setup Panel
- Mappings: Selects the domain or email scope (e.g., All Domains).
- Create Autoresponder: Launches the autoresponder creation form, allowing users to:
- Choose the sender address
- Set subject and message body
- Define a time interval (optional)
- Specify start and end dates (optional)
Documentation Link
- A blue "Documentation" button opens a guide to configuring autoresponders effectively.
Current Autoresponders
- A dynamic table that lists all existing autoresponders.
- In the current view:
"No Email Autoresponders"
This means no autoresponders have been configured for the selected domain(s).
