CPGuard ​

CPGuard shows the malware scans of your files: the history of every scan of your account and what each one found. You can also start a scan yourself. Available since panel 1.9.0.

Overview ​

Open it from Security > CPGuard in the sidebar. The page appears when your hosting provider runs CPGuard on the server and your hosting plan includes it.

Your files are scanned automatically. Scans your hosting provider runs on your account are listed here too.

Scanning your files ​

Scan my files starts a scan of every file in your account. Large accounts take a while; the result appears in the list when the scan finishes.

You can start one scan every 15 minutes, and never while another scan of your account runs. When you cannot start one yet, the dialog says when the next scan can start.

The scan list ​

Each row shows the Scan, its Scope, who Started by, the Status, when it Started and Finished, the Files scanned, and the number of Detections.

  • Detections lists the files the scan flagged. Only files in your own account are shown. A scan that is still running shows what it has found so far.
  • Stop stops a running scan that you started.

If files are flagged and you need help cleaning them up, contact your hosting provider.
