Admin Management

The Admin Management page allows you to manage all administrator accounts within your AdminBolt panel. You can view existing admin users, create new ones, update their credentials, and change their passwords.

Admin Management Overview

Overview

URL: /admin/admin-management

This page lists all users with administrative privileges. It includes tools to create new admins, edit their information, and reset their passwords.

Displayed Columns

  • Username – Login username
  • Name – Administrator’s full name
  • Email – Contact email address
  • Actions – Edit, Change Password, Delete

Create New Admin

Clicking the Create Admin button opens a modal for creating a new administrator account.

Create Admin Modal

Fields:

  • Username – Required unique login identifier
  • Name – Required full name of the administrator
  • Email – Optional email address
  • Password – Secure login password (required)
  • Confirm Password – Must match the password

💡 Generate Password button is available next to the password fields to auto-generate a strong password.

Edit Admin

The Edit action allows you to update an existing administrator’s basic information.

Editable fields:

  • Username
  • Name
  • Email

Change Password

Each admin has a Change Password button available in the action column.

Fields:

  • New Password – Required new secure password
  • Confirm Password – Must match the new password

💡 Generate Password button is available next to the password fields to auto-generate a strong password.

The search field supports filtering across the following columns:

  • Username
  • Name
  • Email

This allows quick access to specific admin users by any of these attributes.

Pagination

You can choose how many records to display per page using the pagination control:

  • 5
  • 10
  • 25
  • 50
  • All
