Overview

The Subscribers section in AdminBolt allows you to manage the individual members of your mailing lists. This includes adding new subscribers, removing inactive ones, or editing existing entries.

Purpose

  • Maintain a healthy and up-to-date list of subscribers.
  • Add/remove users from mailing lists manually.
  • Search and filter subscribers by email or list.

Interface Description

Subscriber List Panel

  • New Subscriber Button (top-right):

    • Opens a form to manually add a subscriber to a selected mailing list.
    • Required fields: email address, list assignment.
  • Search Bar:

    • Filter through subscriber records by name, email, or list.
  • Filter Icon:

    • Opens additional filter options (e.g., by mailing list or status).
    • Current example shows 0 applied filters.

Currently displayed: No Subscribers

Use Cases

  • Add newsletter subscribers collected from your website.
  • Remove unsubscribed or bounced addresses.
  • Manage members for private internal lists (e.g., team updates).

Mailing Lists → Subscribers

Notes

  • Subscribers must be assigned to an existing mailing list.
  • Avoid manually adding users without their consent to comply with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
