Network IPs – adminbolt Admin Panel

The NetworkIPs (Network IPs) page lets administrators view and manage IP addresses available on the server. These IPs can be used for hosting accounts (e.g. dedicated IP per account), SSL, or other network configuration.

URL: /admin/network-ips

Overview

The server may have multiple IP addresses assigned to it. This section provides a central place to see which IPs exist, which are in use (e.g. assigned to an account or service), and which are free. It is the admin-side counterpart to the reseller IP Pools and IP Assignments in the reseller panel.

Purpose

  • List all IP addresses known to adminbolt (e.g. main, additional, shared).
  • See assignment status: free, assigned to an account, or reserved.
  • Assign or release IPs for hosting accounts or services where the panel supports it.
  • Support SSL (dedicated IP) and mail reputation planning.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the admin panel in adminbolt.
  • Infrastructure in the sidebar (Infrastructure → NetworkIPs).

Interface Description

  • Breadcrumb: Network IPsList.
  • Page heading: Network IPs (h1).
  • New Network IP – Link (top right) to add an IP; goes to .../network-ips/create.
  • Search – Search box to filter by IP or status.
  • Filter – Button (e.g. Filter 0) to apply filters.
  • Toggle columns – Button to show or hide table columns.
  • Table – Lists IP addresses with columns for status, assignment, and actions (e.g. Edit, Release) per row.
  • Hosting Accounts – Accounts that may be assigned a dedicated IP.
  • Certificates – SSL often benefits from a dedicated IP per domain/account.

Notes

  • IPs are usually added at the system/network level first; the panel then tracks and assigns them.
  • Releasing an IP from an account may affect SSL or mail; plan changes and inform affected users if necessary.
